Why do I get a message something unexpected occurred please restart the application when I click on the Icon on my computer? I have been charged $31.75 on my VISA on 10/25. It seems like it does not complete the installation. I have reloaded it about 4 times and get the same result.

If I were you I would cancel my subscription towards WinZip Privacy Protector service effective immediately because that application shouldn't be trusted. This type of applications do more harm than good and besides, they scam users pretending to clean or boost the performance of their PCs. No application will ever do that. You can, of course, delete registry files and clean the temporary files, but there are free apps that are legit for this process.
For example, CCleaner, although it went shareware, still holds Registry and File cleaner with the possibility to extend its functionality with the help of CCEnhancer. You pay for the program if you need additional options that have no real impact on the options offered by the free version.
